Returns
Unboxing Video
Must include unboxing video .Product missing in the package, product broken in courier or product different are not acceptable without recording unboxing video – so it is requested to record the product unboxing video to prevent misunderstanding.
Below is the list of cases where returns, exchanges, warranties and refunds are not applicable:

Return Rules
- Return must be performed within 7 days of delivery.
- Check the product as soon as possible and if you find any problem, please make a written complaint to us. In this case, email will be given top priority, but for small problems or how to operate a product, please call or inbox us on Facebook/ Instagram for help.
- If any product needs to be returned, it must be properly boxed or in a separate bag (no tape on the product box) with all papers, boxes, accessories, warranty cards, stickers, labels, gift items, etc. provided along with it and send the package to our office address. It should be done or sent by yourself or someone else. In this case, if there is an opportunity to pick up the product from your location, we will try, but in that case, you have to pay the courier charge in advance.
- Product returns must be in resalable condition, product returns will not be accepted if any parts are missing or the box is damaged. If everything is fine after receiving the product, after checking the product, if everything is fine, a refund will be arranged within 72 hours.
- If there is any fault in the product, we will bear the delivery charge (Tk 50 inside Dhaka and outside Dhaka Tk 100 any additional courier charge will have to be paid by the buyer) but in case of change of mind or dislike or other cases courier charge and other payment settlement has to be bear by the customer the entire charge.
- At the time of refund, if the customer received any cashback and gift on that order, it will be taken back from the customer. The remaining amount will be refunded after deducting the cashback amount. Read more about our Refund Policy.

Payment is refunded if the product of the paid order is not in stock or if any product is returned due to a problem or if any of the products is out of stock and the product is not likely to be in stock in the shortest possible time.
In the case of product return, the refund will be decided after evaluating whether the product is resalable or not. Read our Return Policy

Refund Settlement Time
Refunds will be initiated within 96 hours from the date of refund request through the same channel through which the payment was made. If it does not show in the statement within this period, please email us at [email protected] mentioning the order number.
Refund Fee #
- No charge will be applicable for refund i.e. only the amount paid by you will be refunded.
- But if the product has been handed over by courier or for any reason after delivery (Exchange or warranty policy will be applicable if there is a problem with the product) you want to return it and get a refund in that case on per order inside Dhaka courier fee and processing charge 100 TK and outside Dhaka 200 TK + payment settlement fee (where applicable) and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. For fashion products, products may be tried on to see if the item fits. This will still be considered as unworn.
- The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. If the product was delivered in Cartify BD packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned. Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging / box.
NOTE:
It is important to indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process.
- While handing over your package to Drop-Off station/ Pickup Agent, please collect the Daraz Return Acknowledgment paper and reserve it for future reference.
