WARRANTY POLICY

Thank you for choosing Cartify BD products. We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions of our warranty coverage for products purchased from Cartify BD. Please read this policy carefully.

Warranty Coverage

Many of the products come with a brand warranty, while others don’t. If there is a warranty for a certain product, it must be clearly stated on the website or the invoice, or there may be a distinct warranty card for each period. Please keep in mind that the Replacement warranty will only be provided once for a certain product, and if the product has the same or other faults from subsequent incidences, it will be covered as a service warranty. Simply put, the replacement guarantee is applicable for one time only.

Below is the list of cases where warranty is applicable

Manufacturing fault
OS related fault but NOT for any Apps 
If there is no power due to a device issue (No warranty for any kind of accessories. Such as Remote, Keyboard, Light, Battery etc.)
If the product is restarting or not running even 60% of its performance. 

Below is the list of cases where warranty is not applicable

If there is any physical damage If there is any burn or similar If the product is not with the original software or warranty void stickers If the product is used abnormally or in such an environment it is not supposed to be. If there is any item replaced once, there won’t be any warranty for the replaced items.

Warranty Claim Process

  • To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase, including the original receipt or order confirmation and an unboxing video of the product(MUST).
  • Contact Cartify BD customer support at [email protected], to initiate the warranty claim process.
  • We may require you to provide additional information, such as product serial numbers, photographs, or descriptions of the issue.
  • We will evaluate the claim and, at its discretion, determine whether the product qualifies for warranty coverage.
  • If the warranty claim is approved, we will, at its sole discretion, either repair the product, replace it with a new or refurbished product, or provide a refund equivalent to the original purchase price.
